I am extremely fortunate to call myself a Breckenridge native. Having grown up in Summit County, I attended Breckenridge Elementary through Summit High School. Not wanting to be far from the mountains, I attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Digital Media and Photography.

Upon completion of my degree, I immediately moved back to Breckenridge, where I started my own real estate photography and marketing company, ZDH Photo. Having spent over 19 years marketing homes for many of Summit County’s real estate agents, I decided it was time to take my sales skills and apply them directly to you, my clients.

As a 35+ year local with deep roots in the Summit County community, I bring both local insight and over 19 years of real estate marketing experience to every client I serve. I’m able to offer an elevated experience that few agents in the area can match. My background in real estate photography and videography, combined with a strong command of modern social media marketing, allows me to showcase properties in a way that truly stands out—maximizing exposure and connecting with the right buyers.

In our free time, my wife Taryn and I enjoy working with local nonprofits, including The Summit Foundation and Breck Film. We also enjoy taking advantage of the many outdoor activities that Summit County has to offer, such as skiing, biking, golfing, camping, and hiking.
